Who We Are

We are a five star functional fitness retreat dedicated to helping you build a better you with fun, laughter and well-being.

You will find us nestled at the bottom of Glastonbury Tor, right in the heart of the Somerset countryside, it really is the perfect place to escape the 9-5 life.

You will leave us having learnt something new, gained nutritional knowledge, be refreshed and ready to continue your fitness journey. Not forgetting leaving with some fantastic memories & friends to last a lifetime.

What does a typical day look like? 

 

Each day the itinerary may change slightly, everything is optional so you only do what you want to do! It’s your retreat!

Gentle evening slow yoga

3 course dinner because you will be hungry!

The rest of the evening is free for you to do what you like.

 

Breakfast, lunch and a 3 course evening dinner is freshly prepared for you, on site with our Chef Jack, and includes locally sourced produce straight from the on site farmshop. All of your food, accommodation and access to on site facilities are included in your stay.

Chill out time when ever you need and we have a dedicated space open all day for you to lounge around in.

    Turn up, let us show you a holiday of chasing your fitness goals and you will leave us feeling amazing.

While we will of course follow government guidelines we are also endeavouring to make our retreats as ‘normal’ as possible. We will have some extra hygiene measures in place in terms of hand rubs etc. and are asking people to self-isolate as much as possible in the week before they come and not to put themselves in any situations where they are in large crowds. We are also not taking anyone who has been on a flight in the week preceding the retreat. This applies to the team as well. We hope that by taking these measures that we can all relax and create the connected, warm and loving environment that is such an important part of the retreat.
